How to use the service

① Please check the Terms of Use and confirm the availability of the desired date and time.
② First-time visitors are requested to check the site in advance.
③ Applications can be made through the website or at the on-site reception desk.

Application for use

① Applications can be made 3 months in advance.

Usage Time and Fees

① In principle, reservations can be made from 10:00 to 22:00.

Cancellation Policy

① In case of cancellation after the reservation is confirmed, the following cancellation fee will be charged.

(1)Cancellation up to 8 days prior to the event: No cancellation fee
(2)Cancellation up to 7-6 days prior to the event: 30% of the fee
(3)Cancellation up to 5-2 days prior to the event: 50% of the fee

About the day of use

③ In case of stains, damages, or loss of facilities and equipment, the actual cost will be charged to the person who made the reservation.
④ If food and beverages are involved, please be sure to mention this at the time of application for use, and please ensure that the area is cleaned up after use.
⑤ When using a cart for loading/unloading, loading/unloading large fixtures, kitchen equipment, etc. that cannot be carried on a cart, loading/unloading items that require a round trip, or loading/unloading items that generate noise or odor, please consult with our staff in advance and use the designated loading/unloading route, etc.

Restrictions on Use
