How to use the service

① Please check the Terms of Use and confirm the availability of the desired date and time.
② First-time visitors are requested to check the site in advance.
③ Applications can be made through the website or at the on-site reception desk.
④ When applying for use, please fill in the following information: applicant, purpose of use (if any, a proposal, etc.), number of people expected to use the space, etc. The facility reserves the right to refuse the application if it deems the application to be inappropriate.

Application for use

① Applications can be made 3 months in advance.

Usage Time and Fees

① In principle, reservations can be made from 10:00 to 22:00.
② The facility is closed on Mondays and during the year-end and New Year holidays.
③ Fees are divided into two categories: "corporate" and "individual". Chairs, desks, whiteboards, desk lights, extension cords, and equipment for kitchen use are included.

Cancellation Policy

① In case of cancellation after the reservation is confirmed, the following cancellation fee will be charged.

(1)Cancellation up to 8 days prior to the event: No cancellation fee
(2)Cancellation up to 7-6 days prior to the event: 30% of the fee
(3)Cancellation up to 5-2 days prior to the event: 50% of the fee
(4)Cancellation on the day before or the day of the event ・・・ 100% of the fee

② If you are more than 15 minutes late on the day of the event without notifying us, your reservation will be considered cancelled and you will be charged a cancellation fee. In this case, you will not be able to use the facilities.

About the day of use

① Furniture and other furnishings are laid out according to regulations. If you change the layout, etc., please be sure to return the furniture, etc. to their original locations.
② After use, the space must be returned to its original condition. Please make preparations such as changing the layout, bringing in items, etc., and clean up after use within the usage time. If the reserved time is exceeded, an extension fee will be charged every 15 minutes.
③ In case of stains, damages, or loss of facilities and equipment, the actual cost will be charged to the person who made the reservation.
④ If food and beverages are involved, please be sure to mention this at the time of application for use, and please ensure that the area is cleaned up after use.
⑤ When using a cart for loading/unloading, loading/unloading large fixtures, kitchen equipment, etc. that cannot be carried on a cart, loading/unloading items that require a round trip, or loading/unloading items that generate noise or odor, please consult with our staff in advance and use the designated loading/unloading route, etc.
⑥ The user is responsible for compensation for personal and property damage during use (including delivery).
⑦ The person in charge of use must be stationed at all times, and the user is responsible for security, organization of participants and visitors, and evacuation guidance.
⑧ Parking for the facility is available in the Camosuc parking lot.
⑨ We will dispose of garbage generated by the use of the facility (burnable garbage, bottles, cans, and waste plastic, excluding oversize garbage). Please cooperate in separating garbage under the guidance of our staff.
⑩ As it is a corner of a commercial facility, and due to the design of the facility, there are a series of spaces that are not completely partitioned off, we ask that you please be considerate of noise and smells.

Restrictions on Use

Reservations will not be accepted if any of the following apply The reservation may be cancelled even after it has been confirmed. In addition, the user will not be compensated for any damages incurred and the usage fee will not be refunded.

About the Kitchen

③ The facility will not provide any food ingredients, seasonings, oil, etc. Users are responsible for their own food preparation.
